The help command is the basic command to display FIBS' own help files, from which this section of the MacFIBS documentation is derived.

Note that FIBS help assumes the reader is communicating with FIBS using a command line (Telnet) application, not a graphical client like MacFIBS. Of course, if you're reading this, you probably already knew that.

The 'man' command is equivalent to 'help', for recovering Unix-geeks.
